Architect

UVEST PTE LTD, a design-oriented and development management firm is looking for a Singapore BOA registered Architect to join as part of our team. UVEST works on diverse projects both locally and internationally.

Responsibilities:

1. Act as QP as required.

2. Advice Company Directors on architectural matters.

3. Maintain liaison with design and drafting groups.

4. Prepare, review and approve architectural drawings as required.

5. Prepare specifications, reports and submission as required.

6. Assist in the training and evaluation of assigned architectural and design/drafting assistants.

Requirements:

1. Registered with the Board of Architects in Singapore. Newly registered welcomed.

2. Clear understanding of architectural submission and construction process.

3. Proficient in Microsoft office and related design software, such as, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch Up, etc.
