MOU signing with Perform to Transform Pte Ltd. 
UVest Pte Ltd and Perform to Transform Pte Ltd signed a Memorandum of Understanding in Singapore on 8 March 2024. The signing ceremony was carried out by Mr Yeo Yuen Kee, Director (Development)  of UVest and Mr Saurabh Wadhawan, Managing Director of Perform2Transfer, witnessed by Mr Jason Ang, Managing Director of UVest.

The Ministry of Trade and Commerce together with the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Forestry, Fisheries and Biosecurity (MALFFB) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Advanced Engineering Group (AEG) on the 31st of May 2023 in Port Vila, Vanuatu. The main purpose of this MOU is to express the willingness of both parties to engage in efforts to promote the competitiveness and economic development of Vanuatu. Bernard Harrison and Friends Ltd, UVest's partner for the Tianfu Zoological and Botanical Garden Conceptual Planning  Solicitation has been appointed as part of the international winning consortium for further zoological design work.

NUS MAUD 25th Anniversary Celebration was on 19 November 2021. Jason Ang, the lead of MAUD working group, officially announced the establishment of MAUD alumni and launched the MAUD eBook! 

The ceremony started with the lecture by Dr Liu Thai Ker, founder of MORROW Architects & Planners on The Future of Urban Planning. It was then followed by the Urban Design Education Forum with panellist, Mdm Siew Leng Fun, Mr Kheng Soon Tay, Mr Chee Huang Seah, Prof. Chye Kiang Heng, and Prof. Ho Puay Peng.

On 11 October 2021, Mr Seisuke Ozawa, CEO of Marvel Wood, and Mr Stanley Shang, Sales Department Director of Marvel Wood, visited UVest to discuss potential projects and opportunities in Japan and Singapore.

We are honoured that François Decoster,  winner of  Le Grand Prix de l’urbanisme 2021 accepted our invitation  to participate in Evelyn Eng's food forest activity and a tour of Singapore's future agri-food zone.

UVest's strategic partner, Bernard Harrison and Friends Ltd's consortium has been selected as one of six pre-qualified participants for International Solicitation for Conceptual Planning Proposals of Tianfu Zoological and Botanical Garden Project. They will participate in the planning and design of the solicitation stage of this project.

C+T's proposal for “Charmingly Changi” – Ideas Competition for Changi Point is jointly organised by the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Singapore (URA) and Singapore Land Authority (SLA)

Congratulations to our strategic partner l'AUC (Caroline Poulin, Djamel Klouche and François Decoster), who has been awarded the The Grand Prix de l'urbanisme (grand prize for urban planning) by the Minister for Ecological Transition of France.

The Grand Prix de l'urbanisme, which was created in 1989, is awarded each year to a personality recognised by an international jury. It recognises the work of professionals who contribute to advancing the discipline and improving the living environment of the inhabitants of all territories.

As member of the School Advisory Committee, Jason Ang contributed a series of colour schemes for the new school courtyard.  A vibrant combination of pastel shades named Sweet Macarons were finally selected by the school.

On 06th of July 2021, CENDES+TENarchitects & Planners Pte Ltd (C+T) was invited to propose an A&A to a shophouse at North Bridge Road, Singapore.

On 28th of June 2021, UVEST was invited to propose a development plan for a wellness-resort in Quang Nam near My Son UN World Heritage site, Vietnam.

On 05th of May 2021, UVEST was invited to propose a development plan for an eco-resort in Moreyfield, Queensland, Australia

On 23rd of April 2021, UVEST was invited to propose a redevelopment plan for a terrace house at Jalan Suka, Singapore.

On 30th of March 2021, Mr Jason Ang gave a lecture on Local Sustainability in NUS for the MAUD students.

On 16/09/2020 CENDES+TENarchitects & Planners Pte Ltd (C+T) was appointed to represent The Place Holdings Limited (天阶控股有限公司) in the application for alienation of state land for the proposed redevelopment of Realty Centre.

On 17/11/2020 UVest Pte Ltd’s MD, Mr Jason Ang, together with his team from UVest and C+T gave a status report of the state land application and presented their thoughts on the proposed redevelopment project.  Mr Fan Xianyong, CEO of The Place Holdings Limited (TPH) received the team.  The team also met with Mr Ji Zenghe, the Executive Chairman of TPH after their presentation.

On 21st Jan 2020, Mr Peter Mitchels, Mr Alex Tran  and Mr Nguyen Minh Tri flew in from Vietnam to hold a follow-up meeting on Can Tho Cargo City with Mr Yahiya Khan, Chairman of Bigfoot Group at UVest office.  They were joined by Mr Wee Seng Hwat of CNmy, Mr Yeo Yuen Kee and Mr Jason Ang of UVest.

On 6 January 2020, Mr Peter Mitchell, Director of Service One Global Vietnam visited UVest to discuss potential projects and opportunities in Vietnam.  Peter was received by Mr Yeo Yuen Kee, Development Director of UVest. He later briefed Mr Jason Ang, MD of UVest on potential collaborations.

On 12 November 2019, UVest played host to delegates of Shanghai Zhangjiang Group. The delegation was introduced to signature mixed-use developments in Singapore. The UVest team also shared knowledge in smart and resilient city development with the delegates.

On 06 November 2019, Italian Architect, Principle of Gnosis Progetti , Mr. Francesco Felice Buonfantino visited UVest Ptr Ltd. The UVest design team had an insightful interaction with Mr. Buonfantino on the development of the Architecture and Urban Design industry in Asia.

The 6th Singapore Institute of Planners Planning Awards was held on the 12th of September 2019 at the Singapore Swissotel Merchant Court Hotel.

Li Jinzhe, a Master of Urban Design graduate from the National University of Singapore who joined UVest Pte Ltd lead his team to win the Gold Prize in the Best Student Projects of the award. Jinzhe and his team have also just won the Urban Design Excellence Prize in the Design Resilience in Asia Competition (DRIA) in July this year.

In 2017, Zhu Yihan, now Senior Planner of UVest won the Silver Prize in the 5th SIP Planning Awards.

In the morning of 23rd July 2019, responding to the invitation of the Dali Economic Development Zone Administrative Committee, UVest team participated in the Dali State Government's “First Key Project Coordination and Review Meeting on the Construction of the Yunnan Western Medical Hub”. The UVest team later presented their strategic plan to the Governor of Dali.

Singapore's UVest Pte Ltd and India's SIAR & Partners signed a Memorandum of Understanding in Singapore on 7 June 2019. According to the MoU, SIAR & Partners will source and facilitate potential land, project and business assets to UVest for the purpose of seeking collaboration.  UVest will manage and facilitate the investment, design and development plan with possible collaboration in these projects.  The signing ceremony was carried out by Mr Yeo Yuen Kee, Director (Development)  of UVest and Mr Karan Arora (Co-founder) of SIAR witnessed by Mr Jason Ang, Managing Director of UVest Pte Ltd.

Singapore's UVest Pte Ltd and Philippine’s Artifex Master Builder Inc. signed a Memorandum of Understanding in Manila on 27 January 2019. According to the MoU, Artifex Master Builder Inc. will source and facilitate potential land, project and business assets to UVest for the purpose of seeking collaboration.  UVest will manage and facilitate the investment, design and development plan with possible collaboration in these projects.  The signing ceremony was carried out by Mr.Yeo Yuen Kee, Director (Development) and Mr.Bernardo S.Afable Jr. (MD) witnessed by Mr.Jason Ang.

On 25th January, the UVEST team travelled to the Philippines starting off the journey by visiting development sites in Alfonso. The team was received by the mayor, Virgilio Varias and vice mayor, Randy Salamat. The team later visited Batangas Mabini Beach, a world class diving site before heading to Manila. Jason and his team then visited Subic Air Inc. and was received by their Director, Roberto Lozada followed by a tour of their aircraft hangars and facilities. While in Manila, Jason was invited by the owner of Camaya Coast Development, Goody Ilagan for a session in Makati City, the financial hub of Manila.

Singapore's UVest Pte Ltd and  Shanghai Yunli Tourism Development Co. Ltd signed a Memorandum of Understanding in Suzhou on 27 December 2018 for Strategic Cooperation and Appointment of UVest as Authorised Dealer of iMBox. According to the MoU, UVest will assist in the promotion of iMBox brand of ecological modular living units in their projects. The two Companies will tap on each others' strength to establish a stable long-term relationship. UVest and Yunli will exchange information, share resources and complement each other in market reach and development. This collaboration also signal a need for a greener and more ecologically sensative approach to our environment in project development.
